What methods of payment do you accept? Can I pay with a check or a money order? What about paypal?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. You may also pay with your paypal account. To pay with check or money order please make special arrangements with a customer service representative prior to ordering. These orders will need to be placed over the phone and will not be available in all situations and on all products.

How much will shipping be?

How long will it take for shipment of my order?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and generally arrive within 7-14 business days

Can my item be shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, orders must be shipped to physical street addresses only.

Can I fax in an order or place it over the phone?

We currently don't take fax orders, but you can call our customer service line to place your order over the phone.

What is your return policy?


Will you share or sell any of my personal information to a third party?

Never. Your information is never shared or sold and we will never spam your email inbox. Your credit card information is secure and encrypted.

What happens if the item I receive has been damaged or is defective?

We will replace it or refund your purchase. Please call a customer service representative to return a defective item.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed it is too late to cancel an order. To cancel an order please call to see if your order can still be cancelled.
